Fire Steamboat

Wow, ever since Taiwan trip, I finally found a place which sells Taiwan Food in Singapore. I mean "Fire Steamboat". During the Taiwan trip, the moment I touch down, it's a cold evening. I was very hungry and tired after a long flight, I had my dinner in a eatery name " 三轮车"(Trishaw). They served this hot burning steamboat to keep me warm.





Yesterday, when I wanted to have my dinner, I was at the Orchard Cineleisure. I went to it's foodcourt "口福". I came across a store which sells steamboat, it's exactly the one I tried in Taiwan. The price compared to Taiwan is cheaper, each set only cost you from $5.80 onwards ,so I decided to try. To my surprise, the taste was great. I enjoyed my dinner almost an hour, hmm, Yummy! It came with standard vegetables, and you got a choice to choose what type of meat you want to go with. Eg, Mutton, Beef, Chicken, or Seafood. On top of that, you can also choose the type of soup . Eg, Chicken, Chicken with ginseng, Tom yum and Ma la. Those who like to eat vegetables, this store is very generous on green. Oh, almost forget, It serve with rice too.(It's free) I strongly recommand this good lobang.

Civil Plaza "Party World" (Woodlands)

Yesterday evening, my collegue chio me to go K, as I did not went for a long time, so I decided to go. I met them at the causeway point and due to certain reason, i arrived late. They had their dinner and on the way to K. I quickly rush to buy Mac value meal and meet them to civil plaza. We arrived at the Party World located at the 6th floor of the building.

After we arranged everything, the waiter direct us to our room to start our K session. Once we settled down, I was very hungry and I started to have my dinner, soon a waitress enter the room to take order, she spotted me having a coke on the table. She rudely confiscated my coke and said she will return it to me after the singing session, I said that I will have their drinks ordered and if possible leave the coke with me, she just insist to remove my coke away. I was very angry, when the coke is left too long, it will diluted and not cold at all. I believed you guys will know how it taste right. It's awful!

After awhile, she came in as we requested that one of our mic got problem. She spoke so soft that we had to cease our singing just to hear what she said. We thought that she will replace another mic for us, but no. She said we don't know how to adjust the volume of the mic. Although she adjusted for us, but soon after she left, we still felt that the mic is not very clear. We were very dissapointed with the service.

At the end of thr singing session, We found that the charges were abit high and they ended 5 mins before the offical timing. I give them a very unsatified comment in their customer feedback back form. I left the place and stared at that waitress, and she just forgot to return my coke to me, anyway even she remembered, i will ask her to dump it away for me. So guys please do not patonize this outlet, else you will get a disappointment.

Singtel Singapore F1 Grand Prix 2008

On the first day of the F1 race, I watch it on the TV. Then my collegue chio me go watch it at the marina center. They told me is different when you watch it between home and the actual.

On the second day of the race and also the qulifying round, After my work, I met my sweetheart for dinner and we head towards the excitment. As we walked alone the citylink mall, we could hear the deafining sound of the f1 cars. Due to the crowd, we took abit of time to get up to the surface and stand along the side of the track to watch the race.

Actually, along the track was covered with translucent cloth of banners, but we hack care, and pulled down those banners to achieve better view. I saw some guys even climb up to the tree to watch the race. I stepped on a street lamp and took some video clip of the race.

You guys must be anxious to watch the videos right, sit back and relax. the movie will start soon...... Vrrommm!!! Go Hamilton!!!

Bollywood Farm

Last Sunday, my dear and I went to a place which we have not been before. The place is along Kranji Cresent, just after Sungei Gudon Camp. It will lead to a road by the name Neo Tiew Road, and you will be able to see a sign " Bollywood Farm."

When I arrived that farm, just because after the rain, I could feel the relaxation ambience. It seem that the people who live there lead a carefree life, but the most important is the people who live there is must be very rich. Soon we reached at the cafe and have our lunch. To our surprise, the menu looks strange to us, because some of the food they prepared sounds like a new creations and not what we usually see in other places. They have something like "Curry Banana", most of the vegetables and fruits are organic. It is a very good experience. After a meal, we decided to go for a tour at the farm, but before we can enter the farm, we had to pay a $2 for each. We spent about an hour to complete the trip. Quite a enjoyable experience as we might get bored with the shopping malls in sg. My dear and I really enjoyed this moment.

So if you want something different, or willing to experience an unexpected journey, you can consider my above recommend. I will try to get some photos and post it in this blog.

My "1st" Blog

This is my first time writing in this blog. My name is Ignatius, Male, Singaporean. Currently working in a manufacturing field. My hobbies are watching movies, play online games, TV console games, cycling, swimming and driving fast car (Oop!). I'm quite a pro active guys who likes to go outdoor activities if I not tired. Recently, due to hectic work, I spend lesser time on those activities I usually do, If possible, I will get more rest. "Resting is to go on a further distance".
